Rick Musick has over 30 years experience appraising farm and industrial equipment, construction equipment, and business assets. Since 2002, he has been an instructor for the National Auctioneers Association's educational arm teaching auctioneers all over the nation about appraising equipment. An online catalog of every item for public sale along with a corresponding picture is posted to our website for each auction.
Online Auctions- Live & Prebid
Our customers can enjoy bidding from the comfort of their homes. Musick & Sons offers a user friendly program, that has an online catalog, pictures, real time audio, pre-bidding and live chat. This is extremely beneficial to the seller because now its buyer base becomes international instead of being limited to local buyers. Musick & Sons has sells merchandise to bidders nationwide on a regular basis. The pre-bidding option also allows potential customers to bid even if they are not available during the actual time of the auction.

Advertising
Musick & Sons will design a custom advertising program for your real estate or personal property. Almost all of our advertising programs include an mix of online advertising with print media display and line ads. Depending on the nature of the auction we also can design in-house or professional direct mail pieces that will be sent to a targeted customer base.
Bilingual Auctioneers
All of our auctioneers on staff are certified bilingual auctioneers. This has proven to be very beneficial to our Hispanic customers. In addition, we have seen attendance of this demographic nearly triple since our auctioneers first started auctioneering in Spanish.
Professional Staff
Our staff includes 2 licensed bilingual auctioneers, an advertising executive, a title clerk, bookkeeper, and several auction day employees. All employees are covered by our general liability policy, with the appropriate federal & state taxes being withheld.
Consignment Specialties
Our auction specializes in commercial and investment real estate, residential real estate, heavy equipment, industrial plants & machinery, restaurant equipment, agriculture, business liquidations, government , bankruptcies, and vehicles. We welcome consignments of this nature and have developed a strong customer database targeting each of these areas.
Federal Firearms License
We possess a federal firearms license and are authorized to do NICS checks. We follow all the government regulations to legally sell firearms.
Authorized Dealership
Musick & Sons is an authorized vehicle dealership. Therefore, our staff may issue temporary registrations, process titles, and is legally bonded.
